Experience the convenience and luxury of living in our charming studio apartment of The Address Dubai Mall, internally linked to one of the biggest malls and entertainment hubs in the world - Dubai Mall, next to Downtown Dubai, Souq Al Bahar and the tallest tower in the world- Burj Khalifa.The studio is also ideally located, with easy access to public transportation, local shops and restaurants, and popular attractions. Dont miss out on this amazing opportunity to live in the heart of the city! The room is a fully furnished, large space , that has a king size bed, a single person sofa, a study table, TV - with all satellite channels, attached with an extra speaker for better sound quality, unlimited access to Wi-Fi and a modern, elegant looking kitchen filled with a refrigerator, freezer, electric hob and dish washer. Extra amenities like kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking pans , cooker and cutlery are also available in the apartment. Moreover, there is a washing machine, washing powder, ironing facilities and a safe deposit locker. Towels along with the toiletries will be provided too. The apartment is at a height consisting of a private balcony, that makes the space even more stunning and the perfect experience due to the breath-taking view of the city and over looking Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The location has various restaurants and lounges for guests to have a good meal and spend their evening, experiencing the definition of luxury. The building itself has various facilities like a business center, salon, swimming pool, gym, kid's play area and spa/ wellness center, that can be used by the guests (spa will be an additional charge - depending on the hotel's rates).
