Located on 82nd floor, Newly furnished, luxurious 2 Double Bedrooms, 2.5 bath and large closed Kitchen and Living Room. Apartment has 4 Balconies covering Palm View , Top Golf and Marina walk. Property has indoor & outdoor Swimming pool, Hot Tub, Sunbed and snooker table. Closely located to Tram 47; Metro and Marina Walk. Access to Skyview Lounge at 97th Floor. Daily Cleaning (chargeable) and Indian Chef available (Chargeable).Full beach & Burj Al Arab view from Master bedroom. 2 Single Extra Beds available on request. Please Not: 30AED per night would be charged and paid on behalf of guests as Dubai Tourism Tax to DTCM upon checkout. Receipt of the same would be emailed post checkout.

Neighborhood info

Our Apartment has assigned parking in Basement B1 - Parking Slot 55. Access Card is available in Property and will be handed over to you at the time of check in. Please keep this card safely as it is 200 AED +Admin Change plus hassle to get new one. Please hand this over to us at time of check out. If any guest is coming to meet you , please check with Security / Reception if they have free parking available in building. If parking is not available , then there is plenty RTA parking next to Barasti available which is 1-2 mins walk. If you are going to JBR / Marina walk , it is recommended to use Public Taxi as Parking is quite expensive. Visit to JBR - Taxi recommended Ain Dubai - Free Parking Available All Malls - Free Parking Available
