This unique 1-bedroom luxury apartment is situated on the beachfront at the heart of the Palm Jumeirah and is connected to the Anantara The Palm Hotel. The apartment offers stunning panoramic views over the sea and the remarkable Burj al-Arab and Burj Khalifa. Every morning, you will wake up to breathtaking sunrise views on the water, and in the evening you will enjoy Dubai’s world famous skyline.

You will have flexible self check-in with a personal digital locker.

The Residence guests are awarded access to the resort lagoon pool and private beach, along with direct access to restaurants, spa (self-paid treatment) bars and lounges of the hotel and the gym. You will be enjoying a 5-star vacation at Air B&B price. We will provide a full list of our favorite restaurants around the Palm. From the apartment you will be in less than 5 minutes in the Atlantis, 10 minutes to the Pointe with the largest music and color sea fountain in the world, 8 minutes to West Beach-the most in-scene in Dubai, 10 minutes from Nakheel Mall with plenty of shopping possibilities and multiple cinemas, 20 min from Dubai Mall and only 1h Hour away from Abu Dhabi Mosque and many other options... The reception will call taxi for you or you can use Careem or Uber app. Being in the hotel premises makes easier and faster to get taxi. Taxis are very affordable in Dubai
