The Villa is located inside the Jolly Harbour in Antigua, a natural port converted in an elegant residential area with all comforts included, such as golf/tennis club, supermarket, shops, restaurants, pubs, pharmacy etc.

Neighborhood info

The house is placed on the south part of the Jolly Harbour that is one of the most prestigious area. It is composed of: - 2 bedrooms with personal terrazza, bathroom and vast wardrobe. - 1 common toielt - Kitchen completely furnished (Full optional) - Broad living room with a bed-sofa and television. - Closet Furthermore, there is a private car parking in front of the house. From the external part visitors have the access to the best part of the Villa, an awesome veranda with an amazing view of the ocean with a private little port. It is definitely an amazing place to enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere. The veranda is also composed of a table, chairs and sunbeds and it is perfect to have lunch and dinner.
