Welcome to the 11er Haus! The house is familyowned for more than 100 years and was lovingly restored by hand by my father. We tried to preserve the charm of the traditional house and use new, modern influences to make it a feel-good place and favorite home by heart. The two wood stoves give the holiday home a special flair and contribute to complete relaxation and deceleration. Thanks to the excellent location (10 m to the cross-country ski trail, 20 m to the ski bus stop, less than 2 km to the Flachau ski area, approx. 10 minutes walk to the free swimming lake) and the breathtaking view, you are sure to spend a memorable holiday here.

The location of the 11er Häusl is unique. Directly opposite, once you've crossed the street, the cross-country ski trail network starts with numerous different routes for both demanding professionals and beginners. The ski bus stop is right in front of the house (approx. 20 m), and by car it is less than 2 km to the Flachau ski area (the perfect introduction to the extensive range of slopes in the Skiwelt Amadé) and the associated parking spaces. Numerous après-ski bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. To get bread rolls, you can go to the nearby cafe (50 m away) Emastoa, which also offers fresh rolls and pastries on Sundays in high season. The Amade thermal baths can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car and offers bathing fun and relaxation for the entire family with numerous slides and a wave pool as well as a spacious sauna area. In summer, the free swimming lake is only about a 10-minute walk from the 11er Haus. Numerous hiking routes and mountain tours can be started virtually right from your front door. There are also countless opportunities for recreational activities (mountain biking, racing cycling, climbing, bouldering, playing tennis, etc.).
