Whether it's a secret picnic spot by a mountain stream or the alpine pasture with the best Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake) – we're happy to share our personal insider tips with you to make your vacation away from the crowds unforgettable. Our house is located in a quiet area with a fantastical view to our mountains on a top of 880 m. Enjoy the silent and the nature round our house. All our apartments are equipped with underfloor heating. This not only provides cozy warmth after a winter's day, but is also ideal for our youngest guests, who can play safely and warmly on the floor. Forget about going to the bakery! With our bread roll service from our local bakery, fresh, fragrant rolls will be hanging right on your doorstep every morning. This way, the whole family can start the day relaxed in their pajamas. The montainbike way "Dachstein-West" is only a 100 m far from our house and the skiing area Dachstein-West is 5 km far from our house. After your active day you can swim in our swimming pool and take a sun bath on our lawn. After skiing you can enjoy our Sauna, infra red and our small but fine fintess room. In bad weather or whenever you feel like it, a football table and numerous games await you in our small but nice lounge. NEW from summer onwards: our washroom with ironing station!

Neighborhood info

The famous Gosau Lake and a gondola ride up to the Zwieselalm mountain, with a stop at our own Sonnenalm mountain hut, can be reached in 30 minutes from our house. Hallstatt and numerous lakes such as Wolfgangsee and Fuschlsee are also within an hour's drive. Free public transportation is available for excursions to Salzburg, the capital of Salzburg and the city of Mozart.
