Spend the night in a historic mountain lodge, a place rich in history: the old customs house was once a central hub of the salt trade and the scene of the wildest smuggling raids. Cozy holiday apartments offer the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains and regain strength for your next adventure. You can choose from a snug double room, a comfortable small dormitory, or a charming apartment. Breakfast or half board is available at the Alpengasthof Hirschbichl. For those who prefer to cook themselves, each apartment is of course equipped with its own kitchen. A campfire area and barbecue facilities are available, so you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere on warm summer evenings. Surrounded by natural idyll and a stunning mountain panorama, you’ll find the perfect recipe for relaxation here: digital detox, Austrian style—there is no mobile phone reception! We have also recently renovated everything, which was not easy in such an old building, but we do everything we can to ensure our guests feel comfortable and enjoy a restful stay. Additionally, we have created a seminar room so that small companies can hold workshops and meetings here. Yoga sessions can also be held at any time, even in bad weather or in the evening. And where better to find inner peace than in the midst of mountains and nature?
