Our historic house is located in the heart of Salzburg's Old Town. It is approximately 650 years old and has five apartments of varying sizes. Unfortunately, we do not offer an elevator. Check-in is generally from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-in is free of charge until 8:00 PM. From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, payable on arrival. Check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM. Small dogs (up to 30 cm shoulder height) are permitted upon request, in their own basket, for a one-time fee, payable on arrival. We look forward to welcoming guests from all over the world and ensuring they have a wonderful stay in Salzburg.

For over 10 years now, we have been delighted to welcome guests from all over the world to my childhood home, where I myself lived until I was 8 years old. My husband has traveled extensively, and I too have visited many of the world's most beautiful places, but Salzburg is and always will be our favorite city! We are so happy to have you as our guests and extend a warm welcome in keeping with our motto: Come as a stranger – leave as a friend!

Our guesthouse is located in the heart of Salzburg's oldest quarter – the Kaiviertel. On the ground floor of our house, from spring to autumn, you'll find Salzburg's best ice cream parlor, ICEZEIT, with a lovely outdoor seating area. Numerous restaurants and bars are located nearby, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the end of the day. All the major sights, such as Mozartplatz, Salzburg Cathedral, Mozart's Birthplace, the Residence, the Glockenspiel, and Hohensalzburg Fortress, are within easy walking distance. Salzburg is one of the seven most beautiful cities in the world and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site for many years.
