The country-style house is over 100 years old and has spacious living areas with 4 bedrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for large families. The rooms are furnished with loving attention to detail and exude a warm and cozy atmosphere. The house is centrally located, has excellent transport connections and is 2 kilometers from the town of Gmunden. Supermarket, doctors (clinics), pharmacy, bank, church, tobacco shop, meatshop and restaurants are all within walking distance. Outside you can enjoy the large garden and the grill area invites you to spend cozy barbecue evenings with family and friends. A house with a privacy fence, a gate and video surveillance (outside) offers additional security and privacy. So you can sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful weather in the garden. A home that perfectly combines indoor and outdoor living and offers you a year-round vacation feeling.
