The Lion's View is a newly renovated apartment in an old building. It has a living space of 65m². The living room is equipped with a pull-out couch (lying area 140x200cm), a day bed (lying area 90x200cm), a flat-screen television with satellite TV, a small dresser, and a wardrobe for additional storage. The room can be completely separated by sliding doors. In the kitchen, there is a dining area with an extra children's chair and a complete kitchen, including dining and cooking utensils, cutlery, and glasses. A toaster, kettle, and coffee (pod) machine complete it. You can access the terrace through the terrace door. The double bedroom has a cozy atmosphere, including bed linen, a wardrobe, and a dresser. There is also enough space for a crib that you bring along. Another door also leads directly to the terrace. The shady, covered terrace with a grassy area is located in the southwest and offers a beautiful view of the mountains and sunset. Equipped with a laundry rack, garden furniture, and a Hollywood swing, it invites you to linger comfortably. It is completely fenced! The bathroom offers a washbasin combination, a large shower, toilet, hairdryer, and towels. The additional storage room has a waste separation station and cleaning supplies. Free Wi-Fi The house is located directly at the bus stop with connections to Walgau and the hiking and skiing area Gr. Walsertal / Bregenzerwald. The cities of Bludenz and Feldkirch are equidistant from the house. The private pool in the garden of the host family can be used.
