A Unique Design Loft in Satteins, Austria The Garage Loft – a former car garage transformed into a modern design loft in 2026 – owes its name to this unique transformation. Spread across 121 m², the loft now offers a bright, contemporary, and welcoming atmosphere. It features a spacious living area, three bedrooms, a sunny winter garden with mountain views, and a bathroom with a walk-in Italian shower and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A wood-burning stove (optional) complements the central heating system. High-quality natural materials such as clay plaster, eco-friendly paints, wood, and Italian porcelain stoneware create a minimalist yet warm and harmonious ambiance. One of the loft’s highlights is its flexible layout: lightweight modular furniture allows the living space to be quickly transformed into an open area for yoga, dance, workshops, photo shoots, creative meetings, or small events. A roll-down projection screen is also available for presentations or movie nights (audiovisual equipment optional). In one of the bedrooms, the beds are flexible and can be arranged as a double bed, two single beds, or a lounge area. Bed linen and towels are provided at the beginning of the stay, and the beds are prepared before your arrival. Final cleaning is included. Please note that there is no daily housekeeping service during the stay. Additional cleaning or linen change services can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.
