Our newly renovated house on the lift is located only 50m from the valley station of the Kleinarler Bergbahnen (Shuttelberg). It is only a 5-minute walk to the center of Kleinarl, where you will find a supermarket, the tourist office and numerous restaurants. The entrance to the 11km long cross-country course is right next to our house. Our great location will convince you. We are looking forward to your visit. Our rooms are in modern Alpine style with no big deco bells and whistles.
You are in good hands with my wife Susanne. She takes care of everything lovingly and tries to fulfill your wishes in the best possible way. We are a family business and keep that up. Our guests feel comfortable with us.
Kleinarl offers numerous attractions in winter and summer as well as skiing and hiking and is a good starting point for many interesting day trips. We are happy to advise you on site. Restaurants, supermarket, tourist office are just a 5-minute walk from the property. The valley station of the Kleinarler Bergbahnen (Shuttleberg) is only 50m away from our house on the lift

Our apartments are ready for occupancy on arrival from Monday to Friday and Sunday from 16:00. On Saturday already from 15:00. We ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

You are welcome to arrive earlier and store your luggage in our house, including use of the changing room. Please let us know your arrival time the day before.

Please inform Haus am Lift of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
