Welcome to House Enzian. Our cozy apartment on the 2nd floor is quietly located just outside Mittersill, surrounded by beautiful mountains – the perfect place to relax and unwind. It features three bedrooms, each with its own shower, TV, and a small seating area. There is one toilet in the apartment and a second toilet is available in the basement of the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a corner bench, dining table, and an additional cozy seating area – ideal for shared meals or relaxing together. A small balcony invites you to linger, free parking is available right in front of the house, and winter sports guests can use the ski boot dryer in the basement. For extra relaxation, you can enjoy our sauna or infrared cabin for an additional fee, and in summer, our outdoor swimming pool is available for a refreshing dip.
We the hosts live in the same house and are happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Whether you need tips for excursions, restaurants, or ski areas – we are always ready to help and look forward to welcoming you.
A cozy inn is just 100 meters away, and shopping is about 4 km from the house. In winter, numerous ski areas await you, including Panoramabahn Hollersbach, Pass Thurn, Kitzbühel, Kaprun, the Wildkogel Arena, and many more. Even if you don’t ski, there’s plenty to enjoy: the world’s longest illuminated toboggan run, cross-country skiing, ice skating, winter hiking, and more. In summer, the area offers lakes, outdoor pools, family parks, the Krimmler Waterfalls, Hintersee, Kitzbühel, and countless hiking trails – perfect for active days or simply relaxing in nature.
