Enjoy your vacation in your own vacation home. "Haus Grader" is located in a quiet, central location - in the heart of Kleinarl. The lift station is within walking distance in 10 minutes and alternatively there is also a bus stop in almost immediate proximity. Also restaurants, bars and a supermarket, with many regional products are only a few minutes walk away. The house extends over 2 floors and is therefore ideal for a family or group vacation. To the vacation house belongs a spacious garden with terrace for exclusive use. Free parking is directly in front of the house. In winter you will find in Kleinarl the perfect conditions for a wonderful day of skiing and in summer it is the starting point for numerous hikes or bike tours. In addition, you get daily free access to the Erlebnisbad Wasserwelt Wagrain.
