Our house and Studio 154 are idyllically situated in the middle of a mountain meadow, surrounded by forest and mountains. A place to relax, slow down and unwind, that's what we want to offer you. And all of this in the new holiday home on the Tschengla. We value sustainability and the use of natural materials, healthy living, with respect for nature. The living units are accordingly comfortable and yet modern. To be able to use all the advantages of the accommodation/region, please check in online. Our Hus154 and the studio are a place to pause, relax and gain strength. A place for a sporty but also relaxing stay with your family/friends. It is NOT a place for PARTIES. So that the next guests also have a nice and comfortable stay, we ask you to leave the HUS154 SWEEPED CLEAN. If you would prefer to have the general basic cleaning after your stay, please feel free to contact us.

Note: To ensure full transparency for our guests, we would like to inform you that construction work may take place on a neighboring property during summer 2026. Depending on the stage of construction, there may occasionally be some construction-related noise during daytime working hours. Work is typically limited to normal working hours, and it is usually quiet in the evenings and on weekends. Our Hus154 is located in the countryside, where the deer and fox say goodnight, with a view of the valley and the mountains. Remote but still central, in winter the ski area and the cross-country ski trail can be reached in just a few minutes by car or on foot. In summer the hiking trail leads right past our house. The nearby bike park provides plenty of action. It is also fun to explore the mountains on an e-bike and stop off at one of the many mountain inns or alpine huts.
