The Kohlmayr - Alpine Luxury Boutique Hotel is located in breathtaking scenery in Obertauern, close to the ski slopes. Guests can enjoy an in-house ski school, ski hire and a 6.6 ft² wellness area on several levels with an infinity pool, a stainless steel onsen relaxation pool, an indoor pool, a children's pool with a water mushroom, several saunas and a steam bath. The rooms and suites feature cable TV, a bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer, and a seating area. Some rooms have a balcony.

“Leider waren die Suiten im Trakt der Waschküche ,das Schleudern der Waschmaschinen war sehr störend . Schlafen nur bis 6.30 in der Früh möglich ,nach Nachfrage wurde auch nichts geändert.Sehr Schade da es sonst ein „Tolles Hotel „ ist .”
