Life here has always been closely connected to nature and the rhythm of the seasons. Today, our farm is home to brown mountain sheep—an old and rare breed that helps preserve the alpine landscape. At the same time, a deep respect for nature is part of everything we do, including sustainable hunting, which provides high-quality game used in our kitchen.
