The flat has 1 super king size bed, 1 double bed and 1 sofabed which is also a double bed. The flat can sleep 6 adults comfortably. There are wooden floors throughout the flat. There is high speed wifi and it suitable for working remotely and video conferences. In the basement is a washing machine and a separate dryer which you can use for free. An unpaved path with few stairs leads up to the house. It is a 2 min walk up. Please note the property is not step free. The closest bus stop is a 3 min walk. A highlight is the loggia from where you can enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets.
Uninterrupted views of Bodensee - Lake Constance from the west facing loggia, living room and kitchen. Forget your worries in this spacious flat on the first floor of an old chalet house on a hill. Views of Bregenz, the Austrian, Swiss and German shores of the lake and the snow-capped mountains in the distance. Most beautiful sunsets. Newly refurbished with sanded wooden parquet floors. 3min walk for a swim in the Lake. Public showers available on the lake. Supermarket 3min walk.
