Venet summit hut “your bed” right on the mountain Ski in – ski out! At 2,212 m, directly on the ski slope next to the mountain station of the Venet cable car and Weinbergbahn chair lift, the Venet summit hut welcomes you with a 360-degree panoramic view of the mountains. You can currently only reach the hotel via the Rifenal and Weinbergbahn chair lifts. “Experience gigantic sunrises and sunsets”! The cozy rooms are equipped with a private bathroom (hairdryer available), flat-screen satellite TV, panoramic windows and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a bathtub with panoramic views. Relax on the sun terrace with loungers. Culinary offer: A rich breakfast buffet in the morning, typical Tyrolean dishes and international delicacies during the day, and in the evening guests are treated with a varied menu and selected wines. You can park your car free of charge at the valley station of the Rifenalbahn chairlift in Rifenal. There is also a ski rental right at the valley station of the Venetbahn in Zams. In the center of Zams you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy and other shopping opportunities. Unfortunately, our cable car requires major construction work. Until it reopens the summit hut will therefore only be accessible via the Rifenal and Weinbergbahn chairlifts. The last ascents will take place at 5:00 p.m. in summer and 4:00 p.m. in winter. Please allow enough time for the ascents, the route between the lifts (approx. 400 m - ski slope in winter, therefore only accessible with skis or a snowboard strapped on, easy hiking trail in summer) and check-in. There are sufficient parking spaces at the valley station of the Rifenalbahn. A shuttle bus from the gravel works to Zams center and Rifenal will be set up for E5 hikers in summer 2025.
