Schwedenhaus is located at 830 m above sea level, right on the edge of the forest. Lonely hiking trails start next to the house. Here you can hear the rustling of the nearby torrent, no car noise, no church bells. If you are looking for loneliness close to civilization, you've come to the right place. The house consists of only 2 guest accommodation units, the garden room for 2 people and the Seaviewsuite. The garden room faces the forest and guests can use the communal kitchen on the ground floor. The Seaviewsuite covers the entire 2nd floor and offers 2 to 3, max. 4 people and has a modern kitchen, its own roof terrace and a large bathroom. The view of Lake Constance is simply breathtaking and you see up to the Black Forest, 100 km away. Both residential units with fully automatic coffee machines. Eichenberg is located at 830 m above sea level, but in just 8 minutes you can reach the valley near Lochau / Lindau and the motorway towards Munich via a well-developed road. In 15 minutes you are in Bregenz, Lindau, Scheidegg, or in 30 minutes in Dornbirn and Friedrichshafen. Eichenberg is suitable for hikes on the Pfänder, for cross-country skiing or as an interesting haven for trips to the entire Lake Constance region.
