As hosts at StadtLandNest, there is one thing we truly love: creating a place where people can arrive and instantly feel at home. It brings us great joy to know that our guests can unwind, recharge, or simply enjoy their time – whether they are traveling for work or on holiday. What we especially appreciate is the diversity of people we get to meet through hosting. Every journey has its own story, and being a small part of it makes what we do so meaningful. We personally value the combination of city and nature – and this is exactly the feeling we aim to reflect in our apartments. In our free time, we enjoy exploring the surroundings, discovering new favorite spots, going out for good food, or spending time in nature. Our apartments are intentionally designed in a minimalist way – clean, simple, and functional. We focus on thoughtful design and a calm atmosphere that allows you to unwind while still offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our goal is for you not to feel like a guest, but like you are at home.

Our suites are located in a charming historic villa featuring high ceilings and a clean, linear architectural style. The building has been carefully renovated and modernized while preserving its original character and unique charm. This blend of contemporary comfort and historic structure creates a distinctive and inviting atmosphere. The main house offers three spacious apartments, each around 100 m² and accommodating up to six guests. In addition, there is a separate, smaller guesthouse that is ideal for two people. Bregenz is located directly on Lake Constance and surrounded by the Alps. The setting effortlessly combines nature and city life: the lake is close by, along with numerous walking paths, outdoor activities, and the city’s diverse cultural offerings. The villa is conveniently situated along a main road, making it easy to access and an excellent starting point for exploring the region. During the day, there may be increased traffic. With the windows closed, the interior remains quiet; however, in warmer months, when windows are open, some noise may be noticeable. Some apartments feature a balcony with views of the surroundings. The combination of location, spaciousness, and the building’s distinctive character creates a comfortable and authentic living experience.

The apartment is located just a few minutes from Lake Constance and offers a great starting point to explore Bregenz and the surrounding area. The proximity to the lake is especially appreciated: the lakeside promenade is perfect for walks, and in summer also for swimming or simply relaxing. The historic old town of Bregenz is also within easy reach, with its small shops, cafés, and restaurants. A cultural highlight is the Bregenz Festival with its famous floating stage. The Kunsthaus Bregenz is also well worth a visit. For nature lovers, the Pfänder mountain offers stunning views over Lake Constance, along with numerous hiking and cycling routes in the area. You will also find shops, bakeries, and restaurants nearby for your daily needs. The location therefore combines lakeside relaxation, outdoor activities, and the cultural offerings of the city in a very convenient way.
