The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. The apartment is tiled in all rooms. The open living-dining room is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen including stove, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. Two bedrooms have boxspring double-beds (180 x 200 cm) and the children's room has a single bed (80 x 190 cm), which can be converted into a double bed (160 x 190 cm). All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes. A travel cot for babies can be added anytime. The bathroom has a bath, a rain shower, two sinks, a toilet and a washer and dryer that can be used for free. The large sliding door in the living area allows direct access to the terrace and gives the living room and dining room a particularly bright atmosphere. The apartment has a garage, which can be used at no extra cost. If you arrive with two cars, one car can park in the garage and the other in front of the garage.

We live near Hamburg. Herlinde was born and raised in Lochau. We met on a backpacking trip in the USA and have been married for over 20 years now and have two great kids. The apartment "Second home" is for our family the connection to the Austrian relatives. We have designed and furnished the apartment in such a way that we are very, very happy to stay here ourselves

Lochau is an ideal starting point for hikes and bicycle tours in the Lake Constance region. Lochau, Bregenz and Lindau have many cafés, bars and restaurants. Bregenz with its Festival and Congress Center, which is world-famous for its play on the lake, can be reached by car in 10 minutes and just as quickly the valley station of the "Pfänderbahn". At 1064 m you can enjoy the view of the Bregenz Forest, the Swiss mountains and the entire Lake Constance region. In clear weather, you can even see to Konstanz. From the Lochau, Lindau or Bregenz harbor different excursions can be made, such as the island of Mainau.
