This very accessible house is laid out on one level, having 3 good sized bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and features an ensuite to the master. For extra space, enjoy a cosy second lounge inviting a calm space to curl up with the latest bestseller, by day, and get ready to settle in for movie-marathons, by night. Note: Garage not available for guest For water activities, there’s 1 kayak, 1 wave ski, 2 SUP (standup paddleboards) – brand new and life jackets (2 XXL, 1 XL, 1 large, 1 medium, 1 small) plus a jetty! Bed Configuration (Sleeps 6): Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: Double Bed (Sleeps 2) The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied. Your well-behaved pets are welcome indoors. The property has 90cm pool fence in the rear with child safe pool gate latch. Note: Dogs on a leash are permitted on all lakes and beaches. Unfortunately, they are not permitted in the water. No Schoolies bookings. No 25 December arrivals/departures.

Encounter Bay is a quiet and peaceful location, protected on one side by Granite island and on the other, by the Bluff. There are spectacular walks nearby (try the cliff walk from Petrel Cove to Kings Beach), a lovely salt water lake for sheltered swimming, a wetlands filled with birdlife, a dog park just a few mins drive away. Walk to the Beach House for a Bluff Beer and a wood oven pizza, or for something a little more upmarket, make a reservation for lunch or dinner at Eat at Whalers (at the bottom of the Bluff).
