Welcome to Little Sanctuary, an elevated 2 bedroom home with air conditioning and just a short stroll to the waters of the Basin - Palm BeachProperty Highlights: - 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom – Comfortably sleeps 5 guests. - Bedroom 1: 1 x Double Bed with air conditioning. - Bedroom 2: 1 x Tri Bunks (double below, single above) with air conditioning. - Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and a coffee machine. - Bathroom: Shower, vanity, and toilet. - Laundry: Washing machine for your convenience. - Heating/Cooling: Air conditioning in the lounge room and both bedrooms for year-round comfort. - Outdoor Space: Relax on the deck, enjoy outdoor dining with the gas BBQ, and let the kids run around in the enclosed yard. - Parking: Plenty of parking for 2 cars and space for a boat. Pets Please note, Little Sanctuary is not pet-friendly. Contact us for a list of nearby pet-friendly options. Linen Linen is provided for your stay. Just don’t forget to bring your beach towels! Wi-Fi Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is not available at Little Sanctuary, but it’s the perfect excuse to unplug and unwind. Security Bond A 500 dollar security bond is required for all reservations and must be paid prior to arrival. Check-in and Check-out Check-in: From 2pm (early check-in may be available upon request). Check-out: Strictly 10am (late check-out may be offered upon request). Cleaning Note: A BBQ cleaning fee of 50 dollars will be applied if the BBQ is not cleaned after use. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property is not left in the condition it was found.
