ARay at Cooee Bay is a two storey home – offering two levels of independent occupancy. Perfect place for a large family to occupy when booking both apartments. Apartment A upstairs offers a master Bedroom with wlak through robe, Ensuite, King Bed with beautiful linens, Rev Cycle Air-conditioner, Ceiling Fan and a Smart TV. The second bedroom opposite the second bathroom has a Rev Cycle Air-conditioner, Ceiling Fan and a Smart TV with a huge mirrored robe. The well appionted kitchen adjoins the lounge and dinning areas that open out onto a great balcony with a WebberQ and amazing views of Great Keppel Island and the Marina. A one minute walk from driveway will land you upon the the sands of Lammermoor Beach - perfect for safe swimming, games or sun bathing. Our modern and well equipped beach house it will not disappoint.
Our aim is to ensure you feel welcome and relaxed and appreciate your feedback. We have been in hospitality as accommodation hosts since 2013 and we love it! Self check-in with ease by an electronic smart lock. However, rest assured - during your stay you can contact us by telephone. Looking for something different for your next getaway? How about a sourthern getaway or a chilly snow experience. We have a beautiful home for short term stays in Mansfield up in the High Country of Victoria.
If you love the sound of waves rolling in whilst you go off to sleep AND without paying a fortune want a beach front place to relax at - you will absolutely love staying at our home. Just below Wreck Point - ARay is situated at the bulbous of a lovely quiet cul-de-sac. Just a two minute walk from the Yeppoon outdoor swimming pool and tennis centre. The Yeppoon Esplanade which boasts a children water park Keppel Kraken along with a free lagoon pool is only a 5 minutes drive OR you can catch the local bus, which also goes into Emu Park and Rockhampton. This bus stop is at the Pool and Tennis centre.
