A neat little two-bedroom cottage with 2 queen beds that modernises vintage charm with cool art and designer furnishings. Situated close to the CBD and Arts precinct Mark and Kates Place is the ideally located launching point for your stay in Bendigo. Includes generous breakfast provisions. There's a fresh look inside, where a renovation has produced a modern kitchen and bathroom with a jetted tub. Timber floors and a fireplace maintain their original charm. Located within walking distance of takeaway restaurants, supermarkets and Bendigo hospital you will be ideal location to safely isolate yourself and or work away from home. Whether visiting for weekend getaway, a quick visit to the theatre or local sporting events, business or leisure; this place will not disappoint.
We have been operating as Mark and Kate's place since late 2018, just the one property but we are enjoy the challenge and presenting a terrific place to stay
Leisurely walk to Bendigo's best cafe's and restaurants - A short stroll to catch the latest exhibition at Bendigo Art Gallery - Stop for meal at one of the many restaurants or cafe¿s along View street Arts precinct. - Close to the new hospital. - Within sight of Ulumbarra Theatre; Queen Victoria Oval and Tom Flood stadium.
