Private entry, self contained top floor unit situated on top of a house, with its own large wrap around balcony, ground floor courtyard. kitchen, Queen size bed, large walk in wardrobe, & double shower ensuite.

Across the road at Mary Kingross Park, markets are held from 7-2pm once a month. Rifle Range beach is across the road, along with a local morning coffee van in the park. During whale season (June-Sept), if you are lucky, you can view whales from the balcony. They often come into the Rifle Range Beach area with their calves. Dolphins are also often seen. In turtle season (Nov-March), Loggerhead turtles nest at both Rifle Range beach and the near by Archies Beach (as well as other Bargara Beaches). The neighbourhood itself is quiet. Aside from 3:30pm to 5pm when the local lorikeets come to play in the front yard. The lorikeets have become very tame, and you may be lucky to hand feed them from the balcony. Lorikeet food will be supplied and placed in the studio unit if you wish to interact with our gorgeous cheeky feathered friends.
