A separate full bathroom has also been refurbished. Bedding consists of three queen beds and a duo bunk. The spacious open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area creates the inclusive family feel while catering to a large group. The extremely well equipped stainless steel kitchen will please the cook with ceramic cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and easy clean surfaces. Fully equipped laundry facilities includes washer, dryer & iron, Outdoor living with BBQ and backyard space are located within the fully fenced yard together with a lock up shed. There is also a lockable cage for snow and cycling gear. Bedding consists of 3 queen beds, a duo bunk. With four bedrooms the property can sleep up to 8 people. The tariff per night includes 4 people (2 bedrooms) with extra charge of forty dollars per person per night for up to 8 people. If you require to have all rooms unlocked, there is a fifty dollar fee so please advise when you book to ensure there is sufficient bedding. Minimum 2 night stay, 3 nights long weekends, 4 nights Easter and 5 nights Christmas/New Year. Please note: no pets please.
