Bella Vista Bellingen is situated just 1km from the town centre, in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of a forest. A handy walking distance from town, yet you feel you are miles away from everything. It is peaceful, tranquil and also safe for children. The house sits on two lush acres of greenery and landscaped gardens, with beautiful views across the valley and a mountain backdrop. Take advantage of dozens of walking/hiking trails through forests right outside the front door. Walk to the lookout which overlooks the whole of the beautiful Bellingen Valley. Or simply enjoy relaxing in the tranquil surrounds of the property, enjoying the frequent birdlife that feeds from the balcony feeding platform, and taking a dip in the Oasis pool.

Neighborhood info

The historic town of Bellingen is situated halfway between Sydney and Brisbane and is one of the most beautiful and renowned towns on the North Coast. Green rolling hills and valleys link the mountains to the sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean. A 45 minute drive west will see you at the world renowned Dorrigo National Park with its countless rainforest walks and rich wildlife. A 20 minute drive east and you will walk on kilometres of pristine, white sandy beaches which are completely undeveloped. Sometimes you will not see another soul the whole time you are there. A 10 minute drive and you can swim in the most romantic and refreshing fresh water swimming holes along the Never Never Creek in the ‘Promised Land’, or in the myriad of other creeks and rivers which this region is known for. All this, only 30 minutes drive from Coffs Harbour airport. Things to do: -Bellingen Community Markets with 250 stalls every 3rd Saturday of the month -Regular artisan and produce markets with organic food -Various muestivals throughout the year -Camp Creative -World renowned Dorrigo rainforest with many walking/hiking tracks -Pristine and secluded beaches -Clean rivers and creeks
