By blending refined elegance with the raw beauty of nature, we ensure that every guest shares in the serene spirit of our mountain home.
ilpin is a small mountain village in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales, about an hour and a half from Sydney. Known as the “Land of the Mountain Apple,” it’s famous for its cool climate orchards, roadside fruit stalls and homemade pies. Visitors come for apple and stone‑fruit picking, bushwalks through nearby national parks, scenic lookouts, and cosy cafés. Local gardens, farm gates, cider houses, the Old shed Distillery and art studios make Bilpin a relaxed country escape in every season.
