Nothing, it was outstanding from check in to check out. The spa upstairs on the rooftop is fabulous. My suite was exceptionally clean and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Ashley, at the front desk certainly made a impression with her warm demeanor, friendly smile and knowing and using my first name throughout my stay. Privately owned, this is a fabulous stay.

I liked where it was located in regards to dining and...

I liked where it was located in regards to dining and entertainment. It is within walking distance to a variety of facilities and only a short car ride to other attractions. The only thing I found to be a little disappointing was there was no clock in the sauna/gym. And the pillows were a bit to hard, husband ended up with a sore neck. Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Pullman.

Great place to get around.

Great place to get around. Found all the places we had on our list. Would be great if there was more public toilets for visitors driving through. Cleaner and tidier than I expected, which was great. The place we had dinner with friends was great but it would be good if more parking was available in the area. Great service in the shops at the shopping centre when we needed a new phone charger and lovely little cafe at the railway station was good for a rest stop and refuel before driving. Just found it hard to get out of Penrith Mercure and into Mcdonalds for breakfast for the girls as I'm not from area so had to do a few streets before I could get back (lack of local knowledge was the problem though!)

Nepean River which you can cross via a footbridge and a Great Walk. What I didn't like was the amount of litter and discarded shopping trollies on the streets. There is a train connection to Sydney CBD.

Having a good restaurant across the road was excellent Italian Restaurant, fabulous food and service. Best Cafe called Screaming Beans Cafe - great for anyone or family ,friends and service EXCELLENT just down the same street from Astina Apartments Also walk of 10-15 minutes to really top Westfield Shops and kids ten pin bowling alley/also indoor golf putt

Penrith is now a busy and bustling little city.

Penrith is now a busy and bustling little city. Lots of hotels and restaurants to choose from to suit every pocket. Easy access to blue mountains and smaller towns in every direction. One hour by train to Sydney attractions. A very central place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Penrith, we spent a lot of time in...

We enjoyed our stay in Penrith, we spent a lot of time in Panthers club going to all the restaurants and outside of the club there are lots of places to see. The fire museum and not far from the Blue Mountains.

This was a great find for work I had to do in the Penrith region, very new so clean, simple but very comfortable fitout, great parking, access to a local pub with great food and really friendly and helpful staff. Its closer to railtracks but I didn't hear any trains during the night!

Location - excellent, close to a variety of eating venues, Penrith Plaza and many shopping outlets. Cleanliness- Rooms a bit outdated but cleanliness was great. Value for money - definitely good value. We extended our stay and have stayed here before and will again.

. So close to Westfield Penrith and petrol, KFC/ FIVE GUYS . Easy access to free way going to Blue Mountains/ Sydney . Parking is literally right down the stairs . Spacious bathroom.
