A Deposit is required at time of making booking There is a One Hundred refundable bond that will be added to your booking when office staff process it. This will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. BLUE LINE RETREAT UNIT 3 is a 1 bedroom unit that accommodates up to 2 guests, close to all amenities in a great location for your holiday/fishing getaway. New kitchen with under bench oven with induction cook top, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table/chairs. Lounge with TV/DVD. Main bedroom with queen bed, renovated bathroom with shower, vanity and w/c, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner - adjacent to door will cool the unit. Undercover area with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Fully fenced grassed yard adjacent to undercover area. Plenty of parking for cars and boats. Shared laundry, fish cleaning and crab cooker facility, boat/motor wash area complete with hoses. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels. PLEASE NOTE –  dish washing liquid and laundry powder is provided. Dog friendly - fully enclosed yard CANCELLATION POLICY- more than 30 days before arrival-full refund / within 30 days of arrival no refund except cleaning fee and security deposit.
