Welcome to Blue Sea, your perfect holiday retreat within walking distance to the main street of Apollo Bay. Nestled directly across from the pristine sandy beach, Blue Sea offers breath-taking 180-degree ocean views stretching from Cape Patton to the Apollo Bay Harbour. Spanning two levels for your comfort and convenience. Upstairs, you'll find a bright and airy lounge, kitchen, and dining area, complete with sliding glass doors that open onto a deck where you can soak in the stunning ocean vistas. Fire up the Weber BBQ and relax on the outdoor furniture while enjoying the sea breeze. Additionally, upstairs features reverse cycle heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher for your culinary needs. Downstairs, you'll discover three inviting bedrooms, including a master with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the beach. The family bathroom offers a shower over the bath, and there's a separate laundry with external access. Imagine starting your day with an early morning swim, followed by a leisurely breakfast with ocean views. Take advantage of the nearby walking path that runs along the beach, leading to Apollo Bay township and the harbour. In the winter months, cozy up indoors and watch the waves crashing against the shore from the comfort of the couch. Outside, you'll find an outdoor shower, a secure courtyard for pets, and a single for parking. Street parking is also available on Milford Street.
