Whether you’re planning your next holiday or need a reliable team to manage your investment property, you’re in excellent hands with Premium Realty. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 300AUD the day before check in. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded (this does not include the 1.5% surcharge fee)

The lounge and dining area are air-conditioned, a four-seater dining table, a modern lounge suite and a flat screen TV for evenings in. Unlimited free Wi-Fi is provided so you can stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. Relax on the balcony and take in the beautiful views of the Pumicestone Passage. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, microwave, dishwasher, oven and quality cookware, along with a complimentary welcome pack. If you’ve had enough sand for one day, enjoy the sparkling onsite pool. The poolside area features a covered six-seater bench table and chairs, perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal. It’s fully fenced for safety and lined with non-slip flooring for peace of mind. The iconic Bongaree waterfront is close by, offering beautiful strolls along Pumicestone Passage. Pre-Order Platter Service For a special touch to your stay with us, we offer a pre-order service of seafood, savoury and breakfast platters. These must be ordered three business days prior to your arrival. Please note there will be no weekend deliveries. Your selected platter will be freshly prepared with local produce and waiting in the fridge for you upon check-in—an effortless way to begin your stay.
