IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an OFF-grid tiny house. While it does have a heater, there is NO air-conditioning unit in this tiny house, apart from natural breezes, and there are NO internal power outlets. Briggs Bluff View: A cozy 190-square-foot tiny house with a private mountain view, filtered water, a diesel heater, a kitchenette (including a fridge), cooking equipment, and private ensuite. This includes linens and towels you can use. The bathroom uses a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for you to use. To maintain its cleanliness and functionality, an additional cleaning fee will be charged separately for stays of 5 nights or more, on top of the total booking amount. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay. Lastly, we would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
