The place was absolutely spotless, and we were left so many thoughtful food items, including everything needed for breakfast. The bathroom is superlative and the shower just perfect. The bed was very very comfortable and the heating worked wonderfully even though it was a cold day outside. The old milk bar has been done up a treat and this was the most interesting and different accommodation we have had. It is simply fantastic. We would very highly recommend to anyone, and particularly with a couple of children as there is much to occupy them there.

Old school motel vibe with lots of modern updates. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed, incredible shower. Well equipped kitchenette. Great breakfast options. Movies on the tv. Local newspaper. Easy check in and key drop off. Everything is thought of…even a specific face washer for make up removal! We’ll be back.

Dinner was excellent. They opened the restaurant even though there was only us and another couple requiring dinner.

Located in central Stawell, in a quiet location just a 5-minute walk from the local shopping precinct, Diamond House Heritage features simply furnished rooms and a fine dining restaurant.

The room was very cute and cosy, with beautiful wooden walls and retro-style furniture that gave it an authentic charm. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was there – a comfy bed, well-equipped room, and a super cute bathroom with exposed bricks. I really enjoyed the classic motel atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
