Welcome to The Corner Store B&B. Eclectic, zany, fun, different and so much more. We’ve taken an old Milk Bar and revamped it into a large comfortable fun place to stay. Your hosts, Lyrae & Caron welcome you to Stawell’s most unusual place to stay. The Corner store offers accommodation for up to 5 people in an open plan setting. Whether you’re a group of 5 or just a couple, there’s plenty of space for everyone! We’ve kept a lot of the old milk bar features, such as the menu boards, milkshake maker, magazine rack and even a gumball machine. Freshly painted, with a newly built bathroom, The Corner Store offers an amazing, unique staycation!! To keep the kids and of course, adults entertained, we have a foosball table, cards, and games!! If you’re stuck inside due to bad weather, there’s plenty to do. As you may already be aware, Stawell and it’s surrounds, have a lot to offer, such as Halls Gap with Mckenzie Falls, Great Western with Seppelt Wines, Dadswell Bridge with The Big Koala, and of course Stawell for the famous Stawell Gift, and you can even check out The Corner Store’s magazine rack for even more of the local attraction! Some of The Corner Store’s convenience features include, 2 big comfy couches, 55’ Samsung smart tv, microwave, full kitchen facilities including decent size fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster. As an added bonus, guests can use the washing machine with soap powder provided.
We are a happily married couple who just want to share a place that's a little bit different.
