Brighton Belle is a self-contained two-bedroom holiday home in central Stawell, offering a bright and funky mid-century modern retreat just an easy walk from the railway station, Main Street, and local dining. The property sits a 20 to 30-minute drive from Grampians National Park and the historic wineries of Great Western. Named after the iconic English Pullman train — a nod to the owners' honeymoon — the home sits one street back from Stawell's railway line, where the distant, gentle click-clack of passing trains adds a charming, nostalgic rhythm to your stay. Inside, the living space features signature Orla Kiely "Stems" wallpaper leading into a light-filled sunken sunroom that catches the morning rays. The home sleeps up to four adult guests across two equal queen bedrooms, ensuring equal comfort for everyone. Practicality is built into the split-bathroom layout: a main bathroom with a soaking tub, overhead shower, and vanity is complemented by a completely separate toilet with a second vanity. The full kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, microwave, oven, and cooktop. Guests also enjoy a dedicated workspace with fast NBN Wi-Fi throughout and a private driveway with off-street parking for two vehicles. Brighton Belle is an ideal base for couples visiting Great Western cellar doors, wedding attendees, or hikers looking to enjoy town conveniences before taking a 20-minute drive out to Grampians National Park. Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM via keybox, with check-out by 10:00 AM. Please note the property features a step down into the sunroom and a step up into the separate toilet. Due to these steps and the shower-over-bath setup, the home is not suitable for wheelchairs or mobility scooters. It is best suited to adult stays or families with older children. Pets are not permitted, though registered assistance animals are always welcome. Minimum stay is two nights.

Stawell is a full-service regional town on the northern side of Grampians National Park, and Brighton Belle sits on a quiet residential street right in the middle of it. Walk to Main St's cafés and pubs, the historic Gift Hotel, and Stawell's train station, where V/Line runs a direct train service to Ballarat and Melbourne. Supermarkets, a pharmacy and fuel are all close by, making Stawell a genuinely practical base rather than a stop-through. The town has real history of its own: home to the Stawell Gift, Australia's oldest and richest professional footrace (run each Easter since 1878), and to a gold-mining heritage still visible around town, including the Stawell Gold Mines lookout, Sisters Rocks and the Big Hill lookout. From here, Grampians National Park is a 20–30 minute drive, and the Great Western cellar doors — including Seppelt and Best's — are just 10 minutes away.
