Ideally located between Mudgee and Gulgong, the self-contained, solar-powered retreat provides a truly relaxing experience within a picturesque bush setting. When you’re not sampling local restaurants, you'll find everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, stove, microwave, and other cooking essentials such as pots, pans and utensils. Eat at the four-seater table or head outside to the undercover deck and BBQ area, dining alfresco while you enjoy stunning views of the rolling hills and catching a glimpse of the local wildlife. After a day of exploring, guests can head to the living room and curl up on the couch with a movie or board game, where a wood fireplace will ensure you stay warm throughout winter. On cooler nights, there's also the option of an outdoor fire pit to keep you cosy. Two bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and a double bed, while a sofa bed can be made upon request to accommodate a fifth guest at an additional cost per night. The contemporary bathroom features a jet shower and all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. Children are allowed however need to be supervised closely due to bodies of water on the property. Feel free to request additional amenities for an extra fee, such as a porta cot, cot linen and towel, a high chair, or a rollaway bed suitable for a small child, including bedding and linen. Cattle are in the top paddocks and are rotated regularly. You may see non-aggressive cows with mature calves, which might approach out of curiosity. If uncomfortable, gently shoo them away. Please remember to close all gates you pass through. There are no bulls on the property, so you can explore safely.
