Central location, park the car and forget about it for the weekend! This three bedroom adorable house in central Wagga is a 1 minute walk to the vibrant Fitzmaurice street where you can find cafes, restaurants, wine bars, pubs and boutique shopping. Or choose to stay in and enjoy the outdoor backyard surroundings. Ducted heating and cooling throughout the house, along with gas heating in the living room. Three spacious bedrooms and living room plus a sunroom to enjoy some peace and quiet.
I am in my 30s and from the town in NSW, Wagga Wagga. I work in the agriculture sector, love playing sport, spending time with my family and friends and having fun.
Walking distance to local cafes, pubs, restaurants, the river and boutique shopping. Walking distance to the main street where you will find many options for dining. There are many attractions and sites Wagga has to offer.
