- Generous floorplan offers choice of living and dining spaces - Covered entertaining area opens to peaceful lawn - Well equipped kitchen features gas cooking, overlooks garden - Five good sized bedrooms, full bathroom with separate w/c - Master bedroom includes walk through robe, spacious ensuite - Solid timber floors - Side street entry to dual carport(old fasion manually tilt up-down type garage door.) - Moments to Knox Westfield( shopping center), convenient CBD access via Eastlink -10 minutes drive to Glen Waverley Station and "The Glen" shopping center. -1 wall hung aire conditioner, 2 portable air-conditioners, 3 electric fans. - Ducted heating system. !!! PLEASE NOTE: it is not a brand new house. So some parts are a bit dated. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel experience, this may not be the one, though we are doing our best to make it as comfortable as your own home.
