All apartments, rooms and cottages features a private bathroom, patio area or balcony and air-conditioning. Guests can enjoy an outdoor meal in the BBQ area, or self-cater using the communal kitchen. What makes our caravan park unique is the relaxed coastal atmosphere paired with thoughtful amenities that make your stay easy and enjoyable. As a smaller, friendly park, guests often tell us they love the peaceful feel and welcoming community vibe. We have a well-equipped camp kitchen and BBQ area perfect for relaxed dinners, a book exchange for lazy holiday reads, and our much-loved fishing brag board where guests can proudly share their catches. There’s plenty of open space for the kids to ride their bikes, and of course easy access to some of the best fishing and beaches in the area. Being located in beautiful Iluka means you’re just minutes from stunning river and ocean spots, scenic walking tracks in Iluka Nature Reserve, and the peaceful waters of the Clarence River. Whether you're here to fish, surf, explore, or simply unwind, there’s something special about this little coastal town.
