Two self-contained cottages at Clarence Town. Each with kitchen& living area, two bedrooms and ensuites which can be rented separately or together. Views from the decks overlook the tree lined banks of the Williams River and farm activities. Clarence Town is both a primarily rural locality and a township in the Dungog Shire Local Government area in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. It is 193 kilometres north of Sydney, 54 km north-north-west of Newcastle, 28 km from the Pacific Highway at Raymond Terrace and an easy drive to the coast and wineries.
Alan & Bronwyn Green were both born and raised in Central West NSW and purchased this cattle farm in Clarence Town in 2011 where we currently reside. Our three grown daughters and grandchildren enjoy visiting and spending time at the farm. We look forward to hosting you on our farm.
