KITCHEN Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a comfortable lounge with smart TV and an open-plan dining area flowing to a covered alfresco. BATHROOMS The main bathroom features a shower, bath and vanity with a separate toilet next door. The ensuite includes a shower, toilet and vanity. ALFRESCO AND GARDEN Enjoy the undercover alfresco area with BBQ, table and chairs. The garden is fully fenced. BOOKS, TOYS AND BOARD GAMES A selection of books, toys and board games can be found in the TV unit. HEATING AND COOLING Stay comfortable year-round with ducted evaporative cooling and heating throughout the home. LINEN All linen and towels are provided for your stay.
