Tranquil private setting, offering city visitors or overseas tourists an enjoyable country getaway in the Aussie bush. Tastefully furnished & relaxing. Views of peaceful farm land where cows and kangaroos graze. Swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong table & board games. Enjoy walking and listening to the musical calls of the abundant bird life, surrounded by picturesque trees. Nestled between the stunning South Coast and the Southern Highlands, 2 hours south of Sydney, 2 hours north of Canberra. There is a sense of space and serenity, and from almost everywhere on the property you will be treated to stunning escarpment views. The farm across the way provides a typical Australian rural outlook where you will not only see cattle grazing leisurely throughout the day, but also mobs of kangaroos grazing both in the early mornings and at dusk each day. In the evenings you will hear the wombats, so grab a torch and try to spot them, but stay at a respectful and safe distance as this is their home too! There's plenty of things to do in and on the property.
I'm a busy person juggling family, work, accommodation, hosting and find it challenging to find the time to walk my dog each day - but I do as I love walking around my neighbourhood. I enjoy time with friends, hanging out talking and preparing meals to share. Travelling and experiencing different cultures provides me with inspiration and admiration of the places I visit.
There's always lots to do in the valley too from horse riding, river sports, cooking classes, art classes, tennis, golf, fishing and bush walking. You won't go hungry as there are a number of restaurants, cafes, and the pub. For a snack you can visit the pie shop, lolly shop or ice-creamery. Check out the Tourist Association website for cultural events, exhibitions and festivals.

Being self-contained, you need to clean up after yourselves as the accommodations is not serviced. All rubbish/garbage/trash and recycling must be removed from the property as there is no garbage service. The local deposit station is very close by. Take a right turn on Bendella Road instead of a left to the village and it's on your left only a minute's drive down the road. It's open all days mid-morning to early afternoon.
