Relax in this bright and comfortable unit, just a 2 minute drive to Kalgoorlie city centre, Boulders iconic Town Hall and historical Burt Street. This is a super clean and cosy unit with two bedrooms, both with ducted air conditioning, modern bathroom, fully equiped kitchen, lounge with a new Smart TV, and dinning area. You also have your own private outdoor area. The main bedroom has its own balcony and queen size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed.
