I had a great experience overall. The location is very convenient and made getting around easy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which really added to the stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay again.

We are doing a road trip from Perth to Melbourne and decided to stay for the night in Kalgoorlie. Super happy that we've decided to stay at Piccadilly Hotel for the night. Competitive pricing, clean rooms but most importantly extremely helpful staff. I'd like to extend my personal gratitude to Sarra who went above and beyond to ensure that someone would help us check in if we were arriving late, explained everything in detail and was reachable over the phone at any point in time. 10/10, would definitely recommend

Reception lady Mel was very helpful,friendly and her customer service was 10+, previous ladies working at reception weren't as nice as Mel so a big Thank you Mel.made me feel welcomed, open to conversation and just down to earth love the atmosphere . We didn't have a favourite place, everything was so...

We didn't have a favourite place, everything was so interesting with much history. Only had time to eat at 3 hotels, the meals were excellent, the Exchange, Palace and York. Go to Gwalia and stay overnight (or more) at Hoover House, an experience you'll never forget, organise a tour with Good as Gold Tours, we can highly recommend them

Kalgoorlie is such an integral part of Western Australia's...

Kalgoorlie is such an integral part of Western Australia's history and not to be missed to get a feel for country life. Loved the tour of the Superpit with Kalgoorlie Tours, doing our own 'pub crawl' experiencing the old pubs, a peak into previous brothel life at Questa Casa and just walking around town. We travelled by The Prospector train from Perth - a 9 hour trip enjoying the changing scenery on the way and a reasonable price. It makes you realise the vastness of the state.

Very engaging city from a history perspective, current...

Very engaging city from a history perspective, current mining operations and the historical buildings. Recommend the mining museum and the City Hall tours of Kalgoorlie/Boulder and Coolgardie. For a special trip visit the Broad Arrow Hotel north of Kalgoorlie

I cannot fault the Plaza.

I cannot fault the Plaza. I have been there several times when visiting Kalgoorlie and look forward to it each trip. I stay there on business and, for me, it's in a perfect spot. While my trips are for business, I do try and look at some of the attractions and history of the twin cities and have yet to be disappointed. I always eat at the Plaza (I travel by myself and do feel safer and more secure staying 'in' before dawn and for dinner). And for lunch, I just wander down to the main street and eat somewhere there. I found two new places this trip - would eat at both again and will always return to the favourite 'eatery' overall.

It was an unplanned visit to an ailing family member at...

It was an unplanned visit to an ailing family member at Kalgoorlie Hospital on a long weekend hence not much activity noted from the city. Best of all, my credit goes to the hospital staff including the gynaecology/surgical team but not without the prompt, safe and reliable Taxi service within the city. The people were simply friendly and engaging.

We really enjoyed Kalgoorlie.

We really enjoyed Kalgoorlie. We did the tram tour which was informative and provided us with an excellent insight to the history of Kalgoorlie. The buildings are beautiful and the wide, main Street is pretty special. The super pit needs to be seen to be believed. I would have liked another day or two.

Possibly one of the better hotels in Kalgoorlie. The rooms are good, breakfast was fine. The restaurant offerings in the evening are good. The staff are efficient and helpful. Everything was an easy walk from the hotel with only the train station needing a taxi to the hotel which was 5 minutes away.

I live in Kalgoorlie however work FIFO and enjoy treating myself to the amazingly comfortable beds at Ryders and I very much enjoy soaking in the magnificent spa after being away for 2 weeks. I’ll stay a night every time I come home from my swing.

Generous size. Separate living and dining spaces. Well appointed. Powerful AC - which was great on a very hot day. Washing machine - which was also great coz we'd been camping for a number of days. And it was cheaper than a motel.
