We’ve happily called Albury home for the past 12 years, raising our two energetic boys and our Boxer dog. We love everything this beautiful region has to offer—from charming nearby towns to the Hume Weir, snowfields and wineries, all right on our doorstep! BEDROOMS & BATHROOM The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a separate toilet accessed through the laundry. In summer, an evaporative cooler and ceiling fans help keep you cool and comfortable. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator and dishwasher. LOUNGE The lounge features a Smart TV for relaxing and reading books are available in the media unit. DINING ROOM The dining room includes a table and chairs, plus a highchair. Toys, board games and tourist information leaflets are available in the buffet for children and guests to enjoy. MAIN BATHROOM The main bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity, and toilet. LAUNDRY AND SECOND TOILET The laundry contains a washing machine, airer, ironing board, and iron. Through the laundry is a second toilet. GARDEN The garden is fully fenced with a large undercover alfresco area. PARKING The driveway has space for at least two cars, including one under the carport. Additional off-street parking is also available. PETS This is a pet-friendly property. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please provide your pet’s own bedding, food and bowls and clean up after your pet (a pooper scooper is provided outside).
