PAYMENT TERMS: Please do not be alarmed when you see on your credit card statement that payment has been processed by 'BnB Host Management' and not by booking com. 'BnB Host Management' is the Hosting company managing this property and responsible for processing payment. SECURITY BOND: The Security Bond will be pre-authorised on your credit card as an "Authorised Hold" only and will automatically be released 7 days after check-out and after an inspection has been carried out. The Bond will only be withheld in the unlikely event that damage to the property has occurred. REFUNDS: NB: If a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to this reservation.

We at BnB Host Management understand that during this time of a Major Disruptive World Event, travel and petrol are an uncertainty. This also comes under Extenuating Circumstances. I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you. There would be only two considerations for you: 1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation. 2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the 'Extenuating Circumstances'. *North Victoria is well known for 4 seasons of sunshine. It's a short Drive to the heritage gold rush town of Rushworth with its beautiful historic building façades, Easter Festival and museum. Also a short drive from the lovely and quaint Tatura. The Waranga Basin is a large, beautiful lake popular for water sports and fishing, and acts as a reservoir and irrigation system for towns and farms, receiving water from the Goulburn River. A swamp known to the indigenous as 'Warranga' lies in the basin, and is an historic site of gold findings. The Waranga Basin is one of the oldest Goldfields in all of Victoria, with a rich history. Open, idyllic space and local kangaroos in the neighbourhood.
