The studio includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, a cosy sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a private bathroom stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Outside, you’ll have your own private backyard with an undercover dining area. Our studio is located on our quiet family property and is best suited to couples or solo travellers looking for a calm and relaxing stay. Parties, gatherings, additional visitors and extra overnight guests are NOT permitted. Only the two adults included on the booking may use the property.

Penrith is known as the gateway to the Blue Mountains, making it an ideal base for day trips to scenic lookouts, bushwalks, and charming mountain towns. If you prefer to stay local, you can explore Nepean River, enjoy riverside dining, or take a peaceful walk along the Great River Walk.
